It is soooo hard sometimes to keep my mind off my RSD. I been on www.take180.com a lot......most days not getting off till late...it keeps my mind off the horrid swelling. My year with RSD is horrid but I remind myself how good I got it. So many people I've met with RSD are in worst shape then me. So it keeps my mind in the right place. I am gonna go to bed, NIGHT!

One year update

SO I didn't feel like writing for the last few months and stil don't, but I thought i would update. Today is my one year anniversary of my injury. I am sad but I am working on living not giving up. It is a tough job but anyway i gtg hugs all!
